At By Marbella, each piece is carefully designed and prepared using preserved botanical elements and high-quality materials. Due to the artistic, delicate, and exclusive nature of our creations, we maintain the following return policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.


Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or improper handling

  • Not have been altered in any way

Due to the delicate nature of preserved botanical materials, any damage caused by impact, moisture, improper handling, misuse, or normal wear will not be considered a manufacturing defect.


Evaluation and Resolution

Once your request has been reviewed, By Marbella will determine, at its sole discretion, one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement with the same item, or

  • Replacement with a similar item of equal value, or

  • Full refund to the original payment method

If the original item is no longer available, an equivalent replacement or refund will be offered.


Return Authorization and Shipping Address

Do not send any item back without prior authorization.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved.

By Marbella operates from multiple international fulfillment locations. The return address will depend on the origin of the shipment.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only within the first 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.


Lost or Stolen Packages

By Marbella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

However, we will provide reasonable assistance to help initiate an investigation with the carrier when possible.


European Union Orders

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Custom or made-to-order items may be exempt from this right where permitted by law.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
