SHIPPING POLICY - BY MARBELLA

At By Marbella, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted botanical jewelry safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information carefully.


PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: 3-7 business days (communicated at time of purchase)

Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping transit time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.


SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship from two fulfillment locations: Los Angeles, California (USA) and Ghent, Belgium. Your order will ship from the location where your item is stocked.

Shipping costs and available methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after the processing period:

United States (Domestic)

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders

International Shipping

  • Canada and Mexico: 6-10 business days
  • Europe: 6-18 business days
  • Rest of World (Latin America, Asia, Oceania): 10-21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Taxes and Duties

Sales tax and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

However, depending on your country, you may be charged additional customs duties, import fees, or handling charges by your local customs authority when your package arrives. These fees are separate from your order total, are not collected by By Marbella, and vary by country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.

Customs Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and processing, which can cause delays beyond our control. By Marbella is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Restricted Countries

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or unreliable postal services. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to fulfill orders to that location at this time.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at hello@bymarbelladesigns.com.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. By Marbella is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@bymarbelladesigns.com. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, By Marbella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery confirmation.

However, we will provide reasonable assistance to help you initiate an investigation with the carrier when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@bymarbelladesigns.com
  3. Provide your order number, photos, and description of damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from customs, you will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipping costs (if applicable)

Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus all shipping costs.


MULTIPLE ITEMS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items that are stocked in different locations (USA and Belgium), your order may ship in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order, not per package.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is not automatically included but may be available upon request for high-value orders. Please contact us at hello@bymarbelladesigns.com before placing your order if you wish to add insurance.
